  I have been Cindy for a while now and I love the skin treatments, whenever my skin is breaking out or looking dull or congested I would have a facial and found that the results were fairly immediate, combined with the great products she stocks I have found a big improvement in my skin. She also can give great tips around vitamins, products and foods to eat or not to help with skin which I also loved. I highly recommend Cindy and holistic skin solutions!

  As a man I was at first very apprehensive is finding a local professional I could trust for facial laser treatment, you hear so many stories, I was so fortunate to have contacted cosmetic Laser Solutions at Norwood and Cindy Montgomery, from the very first consultation Cindy completely spell bound with her extensive knowledge in the field and the variety of skin treatment options available, I felt completely at ease with her calm manner and explanation to all my questions. I am so pleased with the results it has far exceeded all my expectations, and I have no hesitations in going back to her practice for further treatment, simply the results speak themselves. I would highly recommend Cindy Montgomery to anyone seeking similar treatment you will not be disappointed.

  Excellent customer service and an absolute skincare expert. Cindy has so much knowledge behind her and is happy to share that knowledge and educate her clients on how they can improve their skin health. My skin is glowing after my first customised facial treatment - very happy with the results! Looking forward to booking in again soon!

  Highly recommend the facial + LED light treatment, I had baby-soft skin the next day! I also get laser while I'm there. Cindy is so lovely, she really takes the time to get to know your skin and explain the science behind the treatments.

  I have been seeng the wonderful Cindy for several years for my skin treatment and skin care products. When I first started treatment, I was having break outs and I was not really happy with my skin overall. After only 2 treamtents my breakouts had minimised and I was loving my skin again. The products CIndy recommended have changed the way I cleanse and look after my skin. My husband has also seen Cindy and uses the products she recommened. Recently I have taken me 11 year old daughter to see Cindy for her skin, she has terrible break outs and I want to get on top of it. Cindy has not only been treating her skin but educating her on how gut health effects our skin. After one treatment and following her recommendation of a small diet change my daughters skin improved so much. I'm so thankful to Cindy, her wealth of knowledge, not only about skin and products but about how our diet, stress level, hormons etc effect us, her compassion and the way she truely cares about her clients is abundant.

  I am not normally one to write a bad review but I must share my experience with this company as I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism I dealt with.
  
  I went in for an Invisalign quote approximately 3-4 months ago, Dr. Ash Shah took some photos of my teeth and drew up a quote for the treatment, she explained everything that would be required and the next step of the process. There were a few underlying issues with my teeth in which she mentioned we could either fix at the same time or re-assess down the track. It was mentioned to me that regardless I could of gone through with this treatment and the quote will stand up until I am ready to begin.
  
  After moving house and finally sorting out my financials I was now ready to proceed with the treatment. I booked my appointment to start the treatment 3 weeks ago, this was the appointment in which you take moulds, scans, x-rays and everything involved to start your treatment officially.
  
  I took time off work in an extremely busy period to come to this appointment I had booked 3 weeks in advance in which I was so excited for.
  When I entered the clinic and sat in the chair to have a discussion with Ash, she mentioned "I have been looking at your photos all day and I think due to your crossbite we are going to have a problem and might not even be able to do this treatment." I was extremely disheartened in the fact that the information I had received prior was not the same in the slightest and no one even told me about this when a simple phone call could of given me this information months ago.
  
  She then mentioned to me " I am also going on maternity leave, so I wont even be here to conduct your treatment, and no one else in the office is able to do the treatment for you, so how badly do you want your teeth fixed?" The sheer lack of professionalism in this statement made me almost want to walk out of the clinic, as all of this information could of very simply been told to me either on the phone when I called, or 3 weeks ago when I booked the consult to start treatment.
  
  The amount of time Ash had to receive a second opinion from another Ortho to see if the treatment would be ok for me, for her to only tell me this information when I have taken time out of my day to leave work and come to the appointment for a mere 5-10 minutes of complete unprofessionalism, is not at all acceptable for a business who has a very high reputation in which I also trusted to provide me with the fantastic service they deem to give to all of their patients.
  
  I walked out of that office feeling as if not one person even cared that a treatment I have been saving my money for, and eagerly waiting for months to start, was completely thrown in my face to be told "I probably wont be eligible for it anyway"
  
  It seems that when things dont fit this business or their schedule, they have a simple no care attitude, and throw a patients problems onto another clinic and dont even think to inform their clients that their time over the past months has been completely and utterly wasted.
  
  I will happily be taking my treatment plan elsewhere, where I can walk into a clinic and feel like a valued patient.

  Denis has been my dentist for almost twenty years. I was referred to Denis for a second opinion in the late 1990's after a dentist who took over my recently retired dentist's practice wanted to remove a Maryland bridge. Denis said it was fine. It is still going strong. Denis only provides care that is truly necessary. He is gentle. His staff are caring. I travel a long way to Floreat.

  One of the least professional medical professionals I have encountered.
  While I am more than happy with the dental work I (eventually) received, the entire experience with Dr Cunneen and his staff was awful.
  The office manager (receptionist) was rude at every single appointment.
  I was often asked to change the time of my appointment at short notice and always ALWAYS had to wait nearly an hour, after which I was moved to the treatment room and left waiting there for another half hour or so.
  My treatment was long-term and complex and the amount of work I missed waiting whilst other patients were shuffled in before me was enormous.
  Cunneen's behaviour was at best bizarre, at worst abusive. He reacted to my polite queries as though I were making unbelievable demands, was condescending and often forgot things we'd talked about and denied it had ever happened.
  He managed to stretch my treatment out over several years, leaving me in limbo with temporary prosthetics in place for far, far longer than he should have, all the while making fun of me when I asked for a treatment timeline.
  It was when I visited another dental specialist that I realised how bad it was - when this new dentist was kind and friendly, I surprised myself by starting to cry.
  Going back to Cunneen to continue treatment after seeing the specialist, I was made to wait for around two hours - then a private school kid with braces was put ahead of me (having arrived HALF AN HOUR after me), with Cunneen saying he'd only be a little while.
  It was at that point I stood up, told the receptionist to call me back with a time they could actually see me ("Oh, come on!" she said) and then walked out and never went back.
  I had my treatment completed my treatment quickly and to an excellent standard at another surgery - I only wish I'd switched sooner.
